이용약관
1. 서비스
TrendWeave(이하 "서비스")는 주식회사 클루비온(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 Threads 커뮤니티 분석 도구입니다. 이용자는 Threads 계정으로 로그인해 공개 계정의 프로필과 공개 글을 검색·분석할 수 있습니다.
2. 계정과 권한
서비스는 Meta의 Threads 로그인을 사용합니다. 이용자는 로그인 시 동의한 범위(기본 프로필, 공개 프로필 조회, 공개 글 검색) 안에서만 서비스를 이용하며, 언제든 Threads 설정에서 권한을 철회할 수 있습니다.
3. 이용자의 의무
- 서비스로 얻은 정보를 다른 사람을 괴롭히거나 차별·감시하는 데 사용하지 않습니다.
- Threads 및 Meta의 이용약관과 커뮤니티 가이드라인을 준수합니다.
- 서비스를 자동화된 방법으로 과도하게 호출하거나 정상적인 운영을 방해하지 않습니다.
4. 데이터
서비스는 공개된 Threads 정보만 표시하며, 회사 서버에 저장하지 않습니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
5. 서비스의 변경과 중단
회사는 Threads API 정책 변경, 기술적 사유 등으로 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 변경하거나 중단할 수 있습니다.
6. 책임의 한계
서비스는 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 회사는 Threads API가 제공하는 정보의 정확성이나 서비스의 무중단을 보증하지 않으며, 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 간접 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.

Terms of Service
1. The Service
TrendWeave (the "Service") is a Threads community analytics tool provided by Cluvion Inc. Users log in with Threads to search and analyze public profiles and public posts.
2. Account and permissions
The Service uses Threads login by Meta. You use the Service only within the permissions you grant (basic profile, public profile discovery, public post search) and may revoke them at any time in Threads settings.
3. Your responsibilities
Do not use information obtained through the Service to harass, discriminate against, or surveil anyone. Comply with Meta's and Threads' terms and community guidelines. Do not overload or disrupt the Service.
4. Data
The Service shows only public Threads information and does not store it on our servers. See our Privacy Policy.
5. Changes and limitation of liability
We may change or discontinue the Service, including due to changes in the Threads API. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties to the extent permitted by law.
