개인정보처리방침
주식회사 클루비온(이하 "회사")는 TrendWeave 서비스(https://trendweave.cluvion.co, 이하 "서비스")를 운영하며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 이 방침은 서비스가 어떤 정보를 어떻게 다루는지 설명합니다.
1. 처리하는 정보와 목적

서비스는 Threads에 글을 게시하거나 수정·삭제하지 않으며, 비공개 정보·메시지에 접근하지 않습니다.
2. 보관 기간과 저장 위치
서비스는 회사 서버나 데이터베이스에 사용자 정보와 검색 결과를 저장하지 않습니다. 조회한 정보는 요청할 때마다 Threads API에서 받아 사용자 화면에 표시한 뒤 보관하지 않습니다.
로그인 유지를 위한 액세스 토큰은 암호화된 쿠키 형태로 사용자 본인의 브라우저에만 저장되며, 최대 60일 뒤 또는 로그아웃 시 즉시 삭제됩니다.
3. 제3자 제공
회사는 사용자의 정보를 제3자에게 제공하거나 판매하지 않으며, 광고·마케팅 목적으로 사용하지 않습니다.

Threads 데이터는 Meta Platforms, Inc.가 제공하는 Threads API를 통해 조회하며, Meta의 플랫폼 약관과 정책을 따릅니다.
5. 정보의 파기
서버에 저장하는 정보가 없으므로 별도로 파기할 데이터가 없습니다. 브라우저의 로그인 쿠키는 로그아웃하거나 만료되면 삭제됩니다. 자세한 방법은 데이터 삭제 안내를 참고하세요.
6. 이용자의 권리
- 언제든 로그아웃하여 브라우저에 저장된 로그인 정보를 삭제할 수 있습니다.
- Threads 앱 또는 웹의 설정 → 계정 → 웹사이트 권한에서 TrendWeave의 접근 권한을 제거할 수 있습니다.
- 개인정보의 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 아래 연락처로 요청할 수 있으며, 회사는 지체 없이 조치합니다.
7. 안전성 확보 조치
모든 통신은 HTTPS로 암호화되며, 액세스 토큰은 AES-GCM으로 암호화한 HttpOnly·Secure 쿠키에 담겨 스크립트에서 읽을 수 없습니다. Threads 앱 시크릿 등 비밀값은 소스 코드와 분리해 보관합니다.

9. 방침의 변경
이 방침이 바뀌면 시행 7일 전부터 이 페이지에 알립니다.
Privacy Policy
Cluvion Inc. ("we") operates TrendWeave (https://trendweave.cluvion.co, the "Service"). This policy explains what information the Service handles and how.
1. Information we process and why
- Your basic Threads profile (user ID, username, name, profile picture, bio) via
threads_basic, to show your logged-in state. - Public profiles and recent public posts of accounts you search for via
threads_profile_discovery, to display search results and visualize your community. - Public posts matching keywords or topic tags you search for via
threads_keyword_search, to display results and trends. - Your Threads access token, to make the above requests on your behalf.
The Service never publishes, edits, or deletes content on Threads, and never accesses private information or messages.
2. Storage and retention
We do not store your information or search results on our servers or in any database. Data is fetched from the Threads API on each request, shown to you, and discarded. Your access token is kept only in your own browser as an encrypted cookie and is deleted when you log out or after at most 60 days.
3. Sharing
We do not sell or share your information with third parties and do not use it for advertising.
4. Service providers
Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the website. Threads data is accessed through the Threads API provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., subject to Meta's Platform Terms.
5. Your choices and data deletion
You can log out at any time, remove TrendWeave under Threads Settings → Account → Website permissions, or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion. See Data Deletion Instructions.
6. Security
All traffic uses HTTPS. Access tokens are encrypted with AES-GCM in HttpOnly, Secure cookies. App secrets are stored separately from source code.
